Unable to deselect reward points

Summary:

I am currently creating a program with core values in the Celebrate "Oracle Me" application, but am unable to save my deselection of reward points on the Configure Global Settings. I was able to disable the reward points on the program I created, but from the Me Tab I am able to see the points information. We are not wanting our employees to see that points are any type of option.
