Error code PO_PA_REQ_BU_EXISTS on Blanket Purchase Agreement FBDI import

I'm loading a Blanket Purchase Agreement FBDI with all the values in the spreadsheets. I have one succesfully FBDI import, but with the same FBDI and different data of items and quantity, the template gives me the following error: "An assignment record for the business unit 300000016294979 already exists", the error code is PO_PA_REQ_BU_EXISTS
