Tracking /Audit of "Transaction Date" updates for RC Adjustments

Summary:

We have a requirement to track changes performed on transaction date in Reconciliation Compliance adjustments.

We have tried searching in Rec history, audit report and tables exposed for custom reports as well.

We could not find tracking of changes made on RC transactions, Please suggest solution on this.
