Person Name Formats: How to revert REDWOOD Pages to responsive UIs

Summary:

We have to revert the Person Name Formats from Redwood pages to Responsive UI but in our PODs "Manage Person Name Formats" has been enabled in Redwood Pages, when I checked in the Oracle note "HCM Redwood Pages with Profile Options (Doc ID 2922407.1)" to disable REDWOOD Pages.

It is showing "Not Applicable – This page is enabled by default. There is no profile option associated with this page."

Please suggest how this Redwood Pages can be reverted to Responsive UIs?
