SSO user is prompted for their credentials after closing Excel sheet.

Hi All

A client users are being prompted for their credentials every time even though they have the SSO setup and they can connect.

Not sure what this is related to. I Thought it might be cookies but they are not deleting their cookies, just closing excel.

Any guidance will be welcome.

These users are using RED HAT AD with OCI epm cloud.
