Service Worker Failed error while implementing offline

I am implementing offline feature to my visual builder application. I did everything as described in this blog. . After completed everything, I tested it. It is working fine in online mode. But whenever I put offline in browser developer tools, it is throwing below error.

Service worker install failed, version: •"version": "2404.5.0"


When the service call is made, it is throwing below errors.

net::ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED
TypeError: Failed to fetch at offline-persistence-toolkit-core-1.5.7.js:1802:14607 at new Promise (<anonymous>) at o.browserFetch (offline-persistence-toolkit-core-1.5.7.js:1802:14402) at visual-runtime.js:6:506307

Not sure how to proceed. Any help is appreciated.
