GDPR needs to setup in Oracle HCM (record retention policy)
Summary:
Hi All,
Can anyone have a solution or sample workaround on this???
We have a record retention policy at (Client), can we develop an automatic record purging process in Oracle HCM based on the record retention policy? I'll have to provide the Record Retention link on Monday when I can search on the policy in SharePoint.
In general, the global record retention policy is 7 years AFTER termination date (unless rehired - then the clock starts over for rehires until the 2nd termination.) There is one exception for US records and that is the military folders can never be purged. We have to maintain them forever.
