Flag for Military Leave - within RUI and Redwood

edited May 14, 2024 7:23PM in Human Capital Management

What are the steps to flag a worker's record for Military leave, not using Classic UI for US Domestic workers? For reference, the biographical information in Classic UI is one way to flag a a worker's record for this type of leave. However, as the RUI is used regularly, and with Redwood implements around the corner, there is a need to update our OGL content and resource documents.

The plan is to refer users to the Change Assignment transaction, in the When and Why section, choose (What) Leave of Absence - Unpaid, then (Why) Military Service, followed by the section 2 (Assignment Status) dropdown. Any pointers are much appreciated, including a reference to any fields that need to be surfaced via sandbox and/or VBS.

Howdy, Stranger!
