Why can't I find AI Apps service in IDCS?

Summary:

While trying to set up the Intelligent Account Combination Defaulting feature, I was able to complete all of the necessary requirements until it comes to assigning roles for AI Apps to additional users in IDCS. I routinely manage users and their groups (roles) in IDCS. However, I am not able to find AI Apps listed under our Oracle Cloud Services with our other 45+ services in order to assign roles for it. The Adaptive[…] roles do not show up in our standard Groups either. What am I missing? I am able to access the AI
