Archiving BIP Report Alerts and Integrating with Document of Record
Greetings Oracle Community,
I'm reaching out to seek your collective expertise on a matter that has been a topic of discussion within our team. We are exploring ways to efficiently capture all BIP report alerts that are sent to our staff, with the intention of archiving them in the Document of Records (DOR) for future reference. This initiative is aimed at not only preserving important communications but also ensuring that our staff can review these alerts at their convenience.
Furthermore, I am curious to learn if there is a possibility to trigger the DOR HDL automatically upon the activation of an alert, and subsequently, to archive the email attachment within the DOR. This functionality would greatly enhance our ability to maintain comprehensive records and streamline our processes.
