Data Archival for candidate and applicants data

is there any Data Archival process available for candidate and applicants data.
We have lots of data in IRC_Candidates and IRC_Submissions tables. when we are extracting data from these tables through UE the HCM extracts are running very long hours.

Due to this we are missing SLA daily in the downstreams applications.

it would be very helpful if we have Data Archival process for candidate and applicants data.
