24A Issue - Measure Expression Update - Demand Management

After the 24A release, we are seeing a weird issue in the Demand Management.

We are trying to change the measure expression assigned to measure catalog and re-run the demand plan with Refresh with Current data but in the plan output we are not seeing the changes in the measure. But we are seeing the changes if we create a new demand plan and run it.

So it is getting challenging to update the measure expression and validate the output by creating a new plan. Any one facing this issue then please let me know then i can work with Oracle to raise a bug.
