Ability to Derive Pricing based on the Bill To Location of the Customer

Summary:

Hi,

As per the project requirements we are trying to setup the pricing based on the customer bill to.
As per the SR document reference ( Doc ID 2270317.1 ), the bill to have been hardcoded in the algorithm and we do not want to hardcode these values while configuring the setups. How can we set the pricing without hardcoding the values ?
