Delete Groups REST Resource documentation

Summary:

24B release notes reference a new resource named Delete Groups, but do not give a link directly to the documentation.

But I don't find Delete Groups as a resource in the 24B SCM API documentation. The closest I can find is adding items to a delete group from itemsV2, but this requires delete group to be created and is a custom action on this resource.

What am I overlooking? Can someone point me to the the correct documentation?
