Cost : Displayed only if service type selected?

Cost : Displayed only if service type selected - we need to hide cost attribute for remaining selections

currency field, mandatory field if a service type is selected. - we need to write constraint

Here we need write constraint & hiding rule on same attribute, so we are getting internal constraint error?

How to achieve this scenario?
