How to generate a time card for future dated hire?

Summary:


We are in the process of testing some new absences that have different accrual rates depending on which month an employee is hired. I want to test this at the time card level for a future dated hire. Is there a way to generate a time card for a future dated hire (lets say emp is hired on 7/20/2024) ?

I tried running the evaluate group memberships ESS with the date as of the hire but no luck. I cannot find the person in the 'time management tile to create a timecard.
