Complex Assignment

Summary:

We need to assign a training that needs to be taken:

1. 90 days from the learner's hire date
2. AND annually in subsequent years

A year is not on a calendar year but rather a contract year and goes from August 1st to July 31st. The minimum days to complete should be 90 days.
