Populating xcc_balances table - requesting more information

Summary: Hello,

Our BI report which shows the budget amounts for our accounts is missing a certain account for specific periods. It looks like the period names are missing from the xcc_balances table.


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We've found the xcc_balances tables is missing period names May-21, May-23 and May-24. When we run the report for these periods, the account does not show up but when we run it for May-22, the values are there. Does anyone know how the xcc_balances tables gets populated?

I received a reply regarding the window that displays this data, which helped but looking further into this, we need to know how the table gets populated with the data? Is there a scheduled process involved?
