End Dating BPA at header level via REST purchaseAgreementImportRequests isn't working

Summary:

Using the new REST service for Blanket Purchase Agreements on a Vision Demo instance and putting a value into the payload for the "EndDate" isn't End Dating the BPA.

If I include line level changes, they all work fine. But even with these, the End Date is still not updated.

Would love to know if this is a bug or if I'm just not doing this correctly.
