    I terminated my Apere free tier vm , but i can create a new one for some reason de CPU and Ram resources are still locked

    when try to create a vm it now calculates costs

    what can i change to fix that.

    no resources available , for days now i need the data , i never ever did what the reason was for the vm shutdown and lock on it.

    i need a vm (ampere Arm) asap i need my data

    have been trying for days to get the vm back but norhing
