Some employee names showing with specific date.Can we remove the date after the name?

In manage recourse page, some employee names showing with specific date.(Luddo J. Vries 2024/02/23 )? Can we remove the date which is showing after the name?Also there is a change in the employee first name. when we saw name history in person management page there is a change in their first name on 23rd FEB 2024.While loading HDL, They used 23/02/2024 in the Suffix field. To cross check if this suffix field causing that issue.., we reloaded HDL with Suffix value as NULL.But still we can see the date in the resource name when we search in the manage
