Unable to cater the same Job level but different approval limit in the contract approval

Summary:

As per the raised query, we have client requirement that system should consider the hierarchy not only the job level as well as respective approval further to this with same level many of the users have different approval amounts, due to this we are facing two issues.

  1. As the base of contract approval is amount-based and due to unevenness of amount mention on the job level the user in the approval hierarchy is getting repeated and due to this the user had to approve it twice which is not expected from the rules. 

Business have CFO job level only in COR BU who have 2M approval authority & there is one scenario where CIO will have 1M approval authority.
