Unable to create Return Transfer Order through FBDI

Used Receiving Receipt Import template to create the Return Transfer Order

  1. The original TO is already closed. The shipment number and receipt number are generated
  2. Updated the below details in the FBDI file -
    1. Receipt Source Code and Source Document Code = TRANSFER ORDER
    2. Shipment Number and Document Number = Shipment Number
    3. Parent Transaction ID = Parent Transaction number of the Receipt
    4. Transaction Type (Header Interface) = NEW
    5. Transaction Type (Transaction Interface) = REJECT
    6. Auto Transact Code = SHIP
  3. Load Interface file is completed successfully
  4. Manage Receiving Transaction process is completed Successfully.
  5. However, the log file shows 0 records are processed.

Need assistance as to what am I missing. Attached is the log file
