Posted journal values missing from Excel Smartview retrieve

Summary:

We're facing a frustrating issue where some posted journals aren't showing up in reports or in Excel SmartView. To fix it, we have to identify the affected journals and unpost/repost them, which is quite time-consuming.

Unfortunately, we haven't been able to pinpoint the root cause. We're wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem?
