Unable to disable Current Planning Period based on status Project Forecast/Project Budget Screen

Summary:

Hi,

We have a requirement to disable Current Planning Period field in Manage Project Forecast -> Edit Forecast screen (Same for Manage Project Budget) using BindingParams (Based on status of version) with Page Composer. Even if the plan status code is available to use in the expression we are not able to disable it. Screenshot1.png shows the status I want to use to disable and Screenshot2.png shows the field I require to be disabled. Please find the attached screenshots.
