offset set on Profile level only, the offset taxes are not calculated correctly on an AP Invoice

We noticed that if the flag is set on Profile level only, the offset taxes are not calculated correctly on an AP Invoice.

Only when the flag is set on supplier address level the offset taxes are calculated correctly.

What's the difference of setting Allow Offset Tax on Supplier Profile level vs Supplier Address level?
