Configuring Questions about Job Details screen in Oracle

Summary:

Hi,

I have the following questions regarding the Job Details screen in Oracle located in the Work Structure area. The questions are related to the screenshot I am attaching.

1.How do we create a new field similar to what you see for the 'Delegation of Authority' field. The field would need to be an open text box that HR can manually type information in. (I believe this is known as a Descriptive Flex Field). We want to have another field on this page where we can store a Job Code from a Job Market Survey. If you can provide the steps to configure, that would be appreciated!
