Would like to paste multiple accounts for all departments

Can we only paste level 0 data when using Predictive Planning? I have a form with accounts in the rows and periods/years across the top. I would like to be able to paste all departments for the accounts, but I only seem to be able to do it one department at a time. Doing one at a time would be very time consuming. Is there some other way?
