Is there a way to update Task Managers for Projects using a FBDI file?

24B updated the FBDI templates to allow users to make changes to Projects and Task data. We have been able to successfully test multiple change scenarios, but we haven't been successful changing the Task Manager using a FBDI template. Can this be done and if so, with what template?
