Calculation logic required for Available to Transact and Available to Reserve

Summary:

We have a business requirement to show the On-hand Quantity, Available to Transact and Available to Reserve on a Part request screen. We need the Available to Transact and Available to Reserve calculation logic for an item at sub-inventory level.

We were not able to conclude on the calculation logic as the reservation count is not clear. Need help on the calculation logic for the Available to Transact and Available to Reserve quantity.
