Is it possible to load the Description in Position Profile using HDL with formatting?

Summary:

We have to load the Description, Qualification and Responsibilities in Position Profile using HDL for bulk records (500+) along with the formatting which includes bold, bullet points. Can it be achieved through HDL?
Please advise.
