OIC Gen 3 Connectivity agent isue

Summary:

We've decided to provision a new OIC Gen 3 instance instead of waiting for our Gen 2 instance to get upgraded.

We are having an issue with the OIC Gen 3 Connectivity Agent.

The Connectivity Agent is running on OL 7.9 and Java version is java version "17.0.9" 2023-10-17 LTS.
I have tried using the Oauth version of InstallerProfile.cfg or username and password version of InstallerProfile.cfg.

Both would get
Proceeding to install a new agent ...
No Proxy Configuration Detected
Checking for trusted certificates ...
Making call to check OIC Version ...
Agent Installation Failed !!! Incorrect OIC Username / Password provided.
Error encountered. See logs for more details.
