How to create a Credit Memo for Revenue Lease Contracts

Summary:

Our customer is planning to use Revenue Lease. They have a scenario where Customer would be invoiced for 1 year rental. After that the customer pays only for 11 months and ask for a grace period or 1 month rental waiver. For this 1 month rental waiver, they want to issue a credit note from Lease module. We don't see any option on how to create a credit memo. Please share your inputs.
