How long does the Learn Migration process take to complete on a new environment?

Summary:

I'm trying to enable activity sequencing on a new environment. Enabled the relevant profile option and followed steps per Oracle documentation.

I've run the Learn migration process with Migrate catalog and active assignments for sequencing as the parameter- the process has been running for over 1 hour now. I did this on other environments previously but didnt notice it taking this long.

Can anyone provide an estimate of how long it should take?
