Difficulty in understanding S&OP Plan Result

Hi Team,

I see that for my Net Demand of 23902 in November, the constrained forecast is coming 114630 due to pre-build/post-build as capacity is available but my total supply/production plan is coming out to be 149272. There is no Dependent Demand. How to understand this S&OP behaviour.
