Billing subscription based on Usage (different bill rate based on quantity of copies)

Summary:

We have a new contract to setup in Oracle cloud and we need to bill monthly based on the number of pages the customer prints per month. we need to predefine the rate per page based on the number of pages printed per month. Please see example below. This is a license subscription type of a contract invoice.

Can this be setup via the Contract tab billing extension or any seeded configuration or viewlookup?

I have already searched in the oracle community and ideas and questions, but could not find an answer on the exact topic!
