REST API (Cloning service/Data masking service) for PPM expenditure lines

Summary:

As per our solution approach, we are storing the salary data as Time card expenditure lines. We would like to limit the data visibility in Non-production environment.

We plan to purge/mask the employee related expenditure lines (salary data) for data security reasons. Is there any REST API (Cloning service/Data masking service) is available to perform the above actions?
