Update promotional path in data validation rule does not work with many rows in a form

Hello every one,

I want to ask about: Can the validation rule work with many rows with the different reviewers in a form.

Step 1: I tried to create 2 validation rules to update our promotion path.

My validation rule in the form here:

An we tried to input some data for testing:

If the value in column "Virement Approval Check" is 3 or 4 or 5, the reviewer will be "CAS team A".

Or if it is 1 or 2, the reviewer will be "CN001 Reviewers"
