Source System Balances do not show in RC Recons.

Apologies if this is a very Basic question, I am new to ARCS and need help understanding the background process involving .

I have setup RC reconciliation for an account. Data exchange is set up to bring balances from GL.

I have only 2 system Attributes "Account" and "Company".

I can see the fetched Data from ERP in Workbench. However, the Reconciliation for that account does not show any data ( reconciliation card)

Can someone explain how reconciliation profiles retrieve data from DATA MANAGEMENT? Is this process meant to occur automatically, or should data
be extracted and uploaded manually from the Workbench?
