Unable to do good received where the user only hold certain role

Hi,

Would like to restrict the user to hold Procurement role only.

The user should only able to access the Supplier, Purchase Order and Good Received.

Role Assigned:

Procurement Requester
Buyer
Category Manager
Receiving Specialist
Supplier Manager
Self Service Receiving All Requisitions Job

Manage Procurement agent

However, the user who only hold the role above is unable to do the good received.

Any idea?
