Insufficient BIP privileges to run queries that fetch logs for an issue in Fusion Recruiting Cloud

When the queries that fetch Recruitment Content Library Notification Details and Email Message Content and Delivery Status details are run on BIP in order to collect logs, an error restricts the output by citing "Insufficient privileges". Can someone please let me know what privileges would be needed get the output?
