Is there any alternative way to add preparer/ reviewer in TM if user does any confirm adjust match?

Summary:

Current ARCS setup does not have the functionality to add any reviewer to the transaction matching only method. We have requirement that if any user attempt to confirm adjust it has to be approved by reviewer.

We are loading transactions using the transaction-only method. Our goal is to ensure that whenever users attempt to confirm adjust from the unmatched transactions tab, we can create a mechanism to notify reviewers/viewers. Confirm adjust should only be allowed if the reviewers/viewers approve these transactions. Additionally, we need to address this requirement on a daily basis.
