Option to "Create self-paced offering" from Content area, no longer in 24B/Redwood?

Summary:

We've enabled Redwood UI for Learning and Activity Sequencing in our 24B 'Test' environment.

The option on the older Responsive UI, to edit an item from the 'Content' area, scroll down to the bottom, under section 'Catalog items using X', no longer shows a 'Create' drop down menu.

We used to use this 'Create' drop-down menu to shortcut the process of creating the course, and offering, and manually adding the SCORM package as an activity.

Has this been removed from 24B/Redwood, or has something not been activated in our implementation?

I remember previously there was a bug with using this routine, but it was resolved a few releases ago (it was previously adding in a default offering start date, which shouldn't be there for self-paced).

Howdy, Stranger!
