How to Create One main Tile and add Multiple Quick Actions Under it

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to add one 'Time Management/ Time' tile under My Team and then add 1) Team Time Cards, 2) Team Schedule 3) Team Time Change requests under it.

Currently I tried the way of Deeplinks and added Big Tiles, But I am not able to create Tiles similar to 'My Team' or 'Hiring' , etc.

Can anyone please help on this?

Not getting option for Tabs inside the new tile.
