ILT Calendar Link in Alert

Calendar link in ILT Invite Alert not working.

We have a custom Oracle Learning alert that notifies learners when they have been enrolled in an ILT. We have a calendar link imbedded in the alert, but it pulls a null value and does not open up a new ics file to load it to learners' calendars. Anyone else experiencing issues?
