EPRCS CbCR error when generating XML

Summary:

My first time trying this and receiving an error as noted below. I assume I am missing some metadata in TRCS on the CbCR forms? Can anyone point me in the right direction on this? Error is from the Text file when generating xml. XML is essentially blank. Thanks.
