Zoom-in option not working in Narrative Reports after latest patch

Summary:

In Narrative reporting reports, after latest patch (on May 17, 2024 ), business users are unable to see children rows when they click on zoom-in button in report rows. However, it works for users with service admin roles. How to fix this issue? Is this a known bug? Is there a work around?
