So, bare with me, I'm learning OCI with EPM as I go. I created an Identity Provider that when users sign in via OKTA, it will ask them to sign in with our company user ID and password. When I provide the individual URLs to PBCS and FCCS, users can sign in via OKTA and then it opens the application. We also have an OKTA site users can access and there are tiles that users can click and it's supposed to load the PBCS or FCCS application. Right now it's only directing users to OCI My
