How to create a Work Order where component and Assembly item are same

Hello Expert

We have scenario in which Item A is Produced with Different Lots with multiple Work Orders. There are Lots accumulated with Partial qty which are NOT fully accepted qualitywise. In Order to accept it require some work on those lots on these unaccepted Qty.

We want to make a work order of same item and consume same item with different un-accepted lot and finally make one Lot.

Please suggest how we can achieve this.
