Need to complete old learning record through HDL

Hi Team,

We have a scenario, where the learner was assigned with one of the courses through initiative. after that, the internal team loaded the HDL with new assignments date where they have passed the assignment status as by-pass completed. Now due to this there are two records in the system.

1. Assigned through learning initiative which is still In progress/No active offering
2. Where they are having assignment as bypass completed.

Now we are trying to complete the old learning assignment which was tagged through learning initiatives and when we are trying to that we are facing an error. Where we cannot make old records bypass completed where the future assignment already existed with bypass completed status.
